Production and Order Processing

At TALÉA, each piece of jewelry is made on a personalized basis. Every customer selects the base of their necklace or bracelet along with the charms that accompany it, which means each order is assembled specifically according to those selections.

This personalization process requires careful preparation time to ensure a high-quality finish, secure assembly of each element, and thorough quality control prior to shipment.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) according to the following schedule:

  • Orders placed between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed between 12:00 PM and 11:59 PM are processed within two business days.

Example:
An order placed on Monday at 10:00 AM will be processed on Tuesday.
An order placed on Monday at 5:00 PM will be processed on Wednesday.

Shipping Times

Once the personalization process is completed and the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country within the European Union.

For orders shipped within Spain, delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days from the completion of order processing.

The maximum delivery time may extend up to 10 business days from the shipping date.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, demand, or logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, when available, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.

At TALÉA, we do not work with mass-produced jewelry or pre-assembled stock. Each piece is created especially for you, following a made-to-order production model.

This approach allows us to deliver a higher level of detail, durability, and finishing quality, but it also requires additional time for preparation, quality checks, and secure packaging before shipment.

Once your piece is completed, it is carefully prepared and dispatched through trusted logistics partners. Our shipping timelines reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and responsible production.
